Dr. Eleanor Womack
Medical Director
Dr. Eleanor Womack is a Harvard trained physician who is board certified in both Internal and Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine. She formerly worked as an oncologist at the City of Hope Medical Center in Duarte, California in the early ’90’s. Dr. Womack launched her functional medicine practice, Westlake Medical Arts in Austin, Texas in 2011 and became Board Certified in Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine in 2014. She is an avowed biohacker with hundreds of hours of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and many more longevity hacks.
Eleanor serves as Medical Director for ATX Hyperbarics – a multi-site hyperbaric oxygen therapy clinic group, Organicare, LLC – a consumer healthcare product manufacturer and Scientific Age Management, LLC – an innovative cerebral asset management company. She is also the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of The Oxygen Foundation, Inc., a non-profit foundation which supports education, scientific studies and treatments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. She is a Fellow and member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine, the American College for Advancement in Medicine, the International Peptide Society, the International Hyperbarics Association, the International Hyperbaric Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association and the Travis County Medical Society.
Dr. Womack is the wife of Clay Womack, a mother of nine wonderful children, and grandmother of two handsome grandsons.
Valerie Calaway
Nurse Practitioner
Valerie Calaway, RN, MSN, FNP-C is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and has practiced as a registered nurse for over 25 years. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin where she was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor society and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. Valerie comes to Austin Skin and Wellness with 5 years of combined experience in both aesthetics and functional medicine. She is passionate about patient education and providing exceptional patient care with a personal holistic approach. Valerie continues to expand her knowledge through frequent trainings, continuing medical education, and conferences to be on the cutting edge of evidence based functional and aesthetic medicine. Valerie is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Licensed as a nurse practitioner by the Texas Board of Nursing. Her professional memberships include the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Texas Nurse Practitioners, and Austin Advanced Practice Nurses.
Rachel Hall
Registered Nurse / Medical Esthetician
Rachel Hall is a licensed Registered Nurse with a Baccalaureate Degree of Science in Nursing from St. Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences in Kansas City. She has worked in medical aesthetics as both a Medical Aesthetician and Cosmetic Nurse Injector specializing in cosmetic Laser treatments, Advanced Facial treatments, Dermal fillers and neurotoxin for 17 years. Rachel has recently moved to Lakeway, TX with her family and loves to explore new parts of Austin. Rachel expertly guides her patients through their aesthetic journey, creating positive improvement and delivering results in her practice as an Aesthetic Nurse. She has been trained extensively by Allergan, Galderma, Mint Aesthetics, Advanced Facial Aesthetics, and Synergy Aesthetics, in addition to several top industry educators.
Rachel loves seeing the transformation and the journey from the foundation up- beginning with clinical skin care, skin rejuvenation with lasers, and injectables- to get the best results for her patients!
Amy Voelkl

Meet our skilled aesthetician, Amy, your go-to professional for all your beauty needs. With a passion for enhancing natural beauty, Amy has developed a reputation for delivering exceptional services in permanent makeup, facials, body contouring, waxing and lashes.
Drawing upon years of experience and working directly under her mentor for 3 years, Amy is an expert in the art of enhancing your features through permanent makeup. Whether it’s perfectly defined eyebrows or flawlessly lined lips, or a corrective concern, Amy can create stunning results tailored to each individual’s unique features and goals.
Prior to Amy joining us at Austin Skin and Wellness she learned and worked with a well sought after acne specialist. During this time Amy was able to perfect her skills in extractions and create result driven and relaxing facials.
In addition to her skills in permanent makeup and skin, Amy has become passionate about the body contouring treatments we offer after having such great results herself with them herself! It is her ultimate goal to deliver the gift of more time and confidence to her clients to have a more stress free and enjoyable way of life.

Aly Kotal
Practice Manager
Aly Kotal is the MedSpa manager and Patient coordinator at Austin Skin & Wellness. Aly has an extensive background in the beauty and skincare industry. Aly was born in Wichita Falls, Texas where she attended Midwestern State University. Aly moved to Austin in 2001 and worked for a salon & spa where she managed inventory and then moved on to manage their retail website and worked with over 1000 skincare products. After having her first daughter, Avery, she went on to work for a local dermatologist so she could continue working in her favorite industry, SkinCare! She had her second daughter Camille and decided to take on a new role as a stay-at-home mother. With both girls in school, Aly decided to pursue her passion of skincare yet again and is absolutely thrilled to be working for Austin Skin & Wellness!
In their spare time, Aly and her husband Lance love to spend time with their daughters, listen to live music all over Austin and venture out to all of the hill country wineries and breweries. They also fostered 90+ dogs for Austin Boxer Rescue, as the only thing she might love more than skincare, is dogs! She cannot wait to meet you and discuss her favorite products with you after your services at Austin Skin & Wellness.
Sue McInvale
Medical Assistant & Patient Care Coordinator
Sue McInvale was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She is a Certified Medical Assistant with 35 years in ENT Head & Neck Surgery experience. She left the ENT field to learn new things and loves her home at Austin Skin & Wellness!
When not working she loves watching her sons play college and professional baseball, playing with her Staffordshire BullTerrier, and walking Lady Bird Lake with her husband.
